A table does not have to be perfect to be beautiful.
Some of our favorite tables are made from a mixture of pieces: a Market Bowl filled with fruit, a Harvest Dish holding warm bread, a Coastal Platter passed from one person to another, and a Family Plate that somehow always ends up in the middle.
Handmade ceramics make this kind of table feel natural because every piece carries its own small variation. The Saffron Bowl may have a slightly different glaze from the next one. A Stone Plate may have a subtle change in texture. A Garden Platter might show the marks of the hands that shaped it.
These are not imperfections we try to hide. They are part of the story.
